Flexible Packaging

Fill open-top bags from 2 kg to 25 kg, 4–5 kg jugs and 10 kg to 22.7 kg pails on four manual lines (3–10 mt per hour) and an automated line with robotic stacking that fills 18 kg to 25 kg open-top bags (15–18 mt per hour).

Product Rework

Rework existing inventory or repackage and relabel damaged or returned goods.

Warehousing

Store materials and finished products in seven warehouses including a 12,500 sq. ft. AWSA-certified chemical storage warehouse, plus 10,000 sq. ft. of outdoor storage, 600 to 700 mt of overhead bulk material storage and 750 mt of bulk silo storage.

    Define the blend, packaging, volume and timing requirements for the program.

  2. Blend

    Produce the required granular blend and apply liquid additives where needed.

  3. Package

    Fill the finished product into bags, jugs or pails from 2 kg to 25 kg, on manual or automated lines.

  4. Deliver

    Ship from four loading docks for closed trailers, with flatbed and sea-can loading and offloading, and coordinate storage to keep finished products available when needed.
